We had a layoff were we worked got behind on mortgage payments interest rates went up legacy holding group said the could refinance our home for cheaper rate faxed us paper work said we had to send them 1,680.00 on 5/27 and we did and we got more paper work and them they ask for 1,680.00 on 6/16 and we sent that and waited still recieveing late and foreclosure notice from are mortgage company legacy told us not to contact them they were taking care of it anyways to make a long story short my husband and I and my 9yr old son has had to surrender our home and feel we have been left with nothing we had pulled the money we gave legacy out of his 401k.
