I saw good deal in their site for TV and Ipad2. So I decided go for paid $550 through western union, 3 days later no email or tracking# provided, finally I able chatted online with them told check my email said the items hold in Custom said needs to pay tariff for another $220 in order to release them, I did questioned where is custom phone# or any proof said about the fee, since no email reply back, I chatted online her name Greta said nothing they can do company policy not give out any information, in the end I think since lost $550 let's give a try negotiated to pay another $120 through western union since 11/25 never heard back again. I did the research assured offer and gratshops the company certificated document exact same information, the date they open their sites are the same. They should all get in charge what their doing.
