I ordered the complete series of the Carol Burnett show as a gift. I did receive a product, but the picture quality was very poor and it appeared the shows had been recorded from TVLand. I sent an email explaining my disappointment in the quality of the product and requesting an address to return product and get a refund. I did not receive a response so I sent another email today 11/30. I have little hope in receiving a response or refund.
