Ordered complete collection of Carol Burnett DVDs and Five Mile Creek. I did receive the products ordered, but the quality was so bad, they were not acceptable. I was told by Gordon that there is a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. I returned the product registered through Canada Post so I know product was received by them - but I am unable to get a response from the company and I have a receipt showing that the company received the returned product Jan 7.
