I ordered golf clubs from the website for £243.99 paid with visa card recieved an email confirming order the next day i had phone call from bank informing me about the purchase as it was china and has informed me that they had taken £260.99 i emailed them and said it was to do with the exchange rate i told them that i would like a refund as it was more then i wanted to pay they said the clubs were already on there way and they would put a towel in as compensation. I recieved voice mail on the 24th of this month to ring DHL as clubs were ready to be delivered on ringing DHL they informed that they reqiure £18.50 to get the clubs through customs. I have emailed the above company and they have said they will refund the £18.50 after i have payed it to DHL I have again asked for a refund and they will not reply
