Feelgolfclubs stated that all their golf clubs were brand new and authentic. I asked multiple times it this satement was correct. They said that all their clubs were real. So I agreed to purchase club. Upon arriving it was clearly fake, wrong headcover, colour distortion on hosel and very heavy feel (aluminium instead of titanium).
So have asked them to refund all my money. They replied that they wont refund money unless club is sent back to them to view at my own expense. I refused to pay anymore for a fake club, so have asked for a full refund and they can arrange shipping at their own expense.
Their reply was would I accept a small compensation and keep club. Simple response, No.
I have had multiple emails back and forward, after firstly blaming the supplier for the fake, they have now admitted that because clubs are so cheap they cant be compared to real ones.
