I went to the retain store with my son's mom to purchase a droidx for myself. When the salesman pulled up my account on the computer he said that she wasn't due for an upgrade until feb. I really didnt want one for her and told him that. He insisted he could get us both an upgrade by switching devices and adding a 3rd line @ 10.00 a month. I was assured that in feb I just call in and cancel the third line. I was told over and over. We do this all the time its no problem. I call and try to cancel and I'm told I'll have to pay a $276 cancellation fee. This is a total rip-off. Isn't there anyone who over sees these companys?
