I ordered a shirt from Metrostyle back in June, but returned it because it didn't fit. I have never received a refund. After several calls I was told they were in "financial restructuring" and no refunds were going out at the time. News reports stated they were going bankrupt and something about "employees going back to work after a lockout"??? An operator told me they were going bankrupt on the following Monday and nobody there would have a job, but he transferred me to an accounting person and -of course - I got voicemail. I left a message and was shocked that she called me back, but just to offer more excuses. It's now end of November and I have not seen my refund, but I now am receiving email sales announcements and even a flier in the mail to buy more of their crap. So offensive! These people are criminal and their merchandise is sub-standard. They take your money and give you nothing, as you can see by other complaints about them. Buyer beware of metrostyle!!
