Customer service was lacking. The have promotion codes for their website. Although the promotion code used was valid and the discount electronically deducted by the website, a subsequent e-mail confirmation noted that the promotion code was not being honored and the the additional charges including what was supposed to be free shipping was also charged. This is an unethical business. There are numerous complaints and blogs attesting to Metrostyle's unscrupulous business behavior, to include identity theft, making false calls seeking personal information and then using the information to run up unauthorized charges that ruin an innocent person's credit history. Metrostyle has affiliates, beware of them, too, they are also involved in unethical business practices. Metrostyle is undergoing bankruptcy because of their bad management and reputation.
