I filled out information for a loan and did not give them permission to take the money from my account. I did not recieve any money and was not aware that they were going to take 30.00 out of my account and then i was charged for an overdraft fee. I called on November 22 and was on the line for 36 mins. I talked to someone and was being transferred to a supervisor and was disconnected. I also tried calling at 10:11 on November 23rd and was waiting once again for a supervisor and got disconnected for a second time, i tried calling back and was hung up on. All i want is to be reimbursed for the 30.00 and also my overdraft fees. I need the money back so i can help pay my bills. The lady was asian and hard to understand and i told her that i wanted to cancel it but i still wasn't able to talk to a supervisor to voice my complaint.
