Bank Of America
Ripoff

Yes Bank of America will get every penny out of you. I had the most awful experience. I was charged a hefty fee of over drafts and asked that half or all of the fees be waived. The customer service rep said no. I said why? You won't even waive one of the $34.00 fees and she said "I can do that." I then asked that I be transferred to a Supervisor. The supervisor gave me the rant about over drafts on an account and then indicated that because I declined that one $34.00 refund I wasn't getting it. Now come on! I never said I declined anything. I went off on this lady for putting words into my mouth and let her have it. She got nervous and then indicated that because I asked to be transferred I declined the offer. This was so comical at that point. She changed her story around and I let her know it. I made an on line and verbal complaint and waiting to see what happens. Needless to say I got my pathetic $34.00 back from another CSR that I called in to. I also though about linking two of my accounts with them so that I could get overdraft protection and then indicated for every "over draft protection" transfer from my second account I would be charged $10.00. SO you see these mafia like businesses always get something out of you. I have never been treated in such a manner. Usually most banks will give you a one time waive if they charge you excessive amounts of overdraft fees. Bank of America was not understanding and didn't want to offer me anything.in total the fees were $241.00. I asked that they waive half (not all) and she wouldn't even consider! So I got a pathetic $34.00.
