I was fully under the impression that I was paying $2.97 for a grant kit on Oct 17th. Today I was charged $57.93 without my consent. I called to dispute this transaction and was greeted with very rude customer service who told me I was being charged that amount because I didn't cancel my account after my 7-day free trial. There was nothing in this transaction that said I was automatically signing up for a free 7-day trial by purchasing the grant kit for $2.97. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he was the supervisor and there is no other supervisor. He put me on hold for 60 secs and then told me he could only refund me half of my money back and I'd be lucky to get that back. Also, I never received the grant kit in the mail.
