I ordered flowers from Bloomsrewards in October for my sister-in-laws memorial service. I gave my credit card information for payment. The charge appeared on my statement as authorized. Then in November an unauthorized ripoff charge appeared on my statement for $9.95. This makes me ill. They are playing on customers' weaknesses during a time of mourning.
