I ordered flowers for my admin assistants on April 1 online with instructions to deliver on Monday, April 4th. I was out of the office for the better part of the month of April and received my credit card statement. I asked my assistants what they thought of the flowers, only to find out they had never been delivered. I went to the company's website and called their 1-800 number which indicated it was out of service. I lodged a complaint through their website, received an automated response which provided a link to track my request. The link goes nowhere. I called their direct phone number and the voice mail is full with no option to leave a message. The order on the receipt shows an amount of $116.36 however my credit card statement shows a charge of $125.66 (difference of $9.30).
