I was bidding on a hdtv. I was clearly the highest bidder. The clock ran out... Several seconds passed... I was clearly the winner of the item. The clock was restarted and it allowed other bidders to start bidding again!!! I clearly won the hdtv. At ten seconds remaining the clock turned red. It finished all the way down to 1... And remained there for several seconds then restarted without declaring Me the winner!!!
