On august 15 i order a free sample. They send me 2 weeks later a box and i sent it back because i didn't order it. They charged my account with $69.95 and i can't have the refund. They explained their system made a mistake and they will fix it in 30 days. The 30 days is gone and they keep telling every other month the same think. This company is a scam
