From August 30 I have a number of E. Mails and phone calls with support @strixaderm with no results for a refund of $69.95 unauthorized debit card charge. On September 12 they said that I will receive the refund in 30 days. After 30 days I didn't receive any money and I called again. After same days they ask me for copies of my bank account to see if I have the refunds. After that they ask me to open a dispute with my bank. I don't understand the policy of this company. The only think they have to do is to make the refund, but they refuse it. Please help us.
