I signed up for the free trial offer and used my debit/credit card for the shipping and handling costs of $3.95. The following month i received another shipment of the product and found that $69.95 had been taken from my bank account. I immediatley called strixaderm and advised that i was shipping the product back and wanted a refund. I called to make sure they received the shipment back and was told that "yes they did and that it would take between 3 and 30 days to get my refund". I have been calling and emailing this horrible company on a daily basis and was now told that "i should contact my bank to dispute the charges if i have not received my refund".. I contacted my bank and was told there was nothing they could do since the funds were already removed from my account. I am now out the $69.95 and am hoping that others do not get scammed by this fly by night company as i did.
