They ran their advertisement on GOP news letter. Offering goods to help develop free or cheap solar energy to help save money on electric bills. They promised to send videos, books, do-it-yourself plans, on how to build your own personal solar panel and how to safely wire & connect for energy savings.
A fee was sent and No information or package has been recieved!
