They charged my account, called them they said i had authorized this to them, which i haven't. I am really upset, now i am negative in my bank account.
They said they will refund me my money back in 15 days, which i think is bull-ishht
The can't indicate which website that was used to order
They can't send proof of authorization only by snail mail
No confirmation number of what i ordered.
I am calling my bank to file a fraud report and i hope me and everyone gets this resolved.
