Direct tv from day one of signing up sounded great, agent told me all kinds of things that were not true, lied about my bill and charges. Called to complain direct tv got recording of the phone call when I signed up called 2 weeks later said they would not uphold what agent told me as far as pricing goes, I had an attorney write a letter about breech of contract, so they sent a response that said you are no longer under contract with us. I called and cancelled my service for the 13th of the month when I never received boxes to return my equipment I called 10 days later they said there was no record of my call to cancel on the 13th they would cancel my account on the 21st and I would still have to pay for those days I had already cancelled because there agent didn't make any note of the call, no credit would be issued.
