I ordered life solutions digital llc product for my tinnitus. I followed the treatment for more than four weeks but there was no improvement. I sent four e-mails to them for the refund but there was no response. I tried to call them 646-649-4114 number of times and every time i was put on hold for more than 10/12 minutes and no body came on phone.
As per mr/paul carrington the money will be refunded within 60 days if the customer is not satisfied.
Here is the promise by paul:
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify me any time within 60 days and i will refund your money, in full, with absolutely no questions asked!
I tried to send an e-mail to [email protected] but the e-mail address does not exist.
I can only hope that you will be able to get my money back
