I have suffered from Tinnitus for decades and was excited to try Life Solutions 3 Simple Step solution. I ordered the pamphlet & paid for it on 3/20 and the bank cleared my Master Card payment of $27.00 on 3/21.

I have twice called the contact phone number on the Life Solutions website and I get a message stating that the mailbox has not been set up yet. I tried on 4 occasions to contact the company by phone and internet.
I contacted the BBB in New York, they contacted Life Solutions and they did not respond to the BBB calls.
