I purchased the product on 11/12-
hoping it would work. As soon as I got to the page I realized this would not work. I said software was compatible with phone and it did not work. I request ed a refund because they said money refunded instantly if not satisfied, then I got email saying refund is being processed - allow 4 weeks. I wondered why so long - now I know - they are hoping you would forget by then. Each time I contact them they a send the same email. Allow 4 weeks etc. These people are theives. Can we track them down I need my money back.
