It's been over a month since I ordered this product and it did not work; I continued to receive error messages on my computer when tryingto download it. I contacted their customer support (through email) and they sent back another link and said if it did not work submit a refund ticket. The additional link also did not work. I submitted the refund ticket and never had the charges credited back on my card. This company offers a 365 day moneyback guarantee, and states to allow 4 weeks. Its been ovr 4 weeks. I also found phone numbers for them searching around their site but they are all to voice recordings, and they do not call back. Scam.
