Got Nothing for My Money, Site Promises Refund If Unsatisfied

I see that you have scammed a lot of people just by reading the number of people's complaints. On the site it also states that if I am not satisfied all I have to do is ask for my money back. Well I never got anything for my money so I want my money back immediately.
