I ordered Stuart Weiztman combat boot on 10/31 status remains "pending unilateral" I filed a claim with Pay Pal and the BBB. I've tried to contact "Kelly mall" several times with no responses. This is a SCAM!!! I have received no package yet and do not intend on signing or accepting anything they send. Hoping pay pal refunds my money as this is not right and should be stopped!!
