I ordered a pair of Rockport shoes on 3/28. I received a welcome email as well as a confirmation email. A few days later I checked the status and saw my order as still pending. I sent an email to the owner with no response. Then I sent a message to customer service through their online system to no avail. I then researched kelly mall and found that this company and their website is a scam.
