I ordered two pair of shoes. Paid through Pay Pal. My account at Kelly Mall continues to show that the order and shipment are pending. Two emails to contact address have resulted in no response. Now I understand why—a complete scam. Fortunately we have not paid the Master Card bill with these items on them. We shall dispute that amount and not pay it. Hope that ends this for us. Kelly Mall Shoes web site needs to be shut down and its operators indicted for federal fraud crimes. That might get their attention.
