Paid for 'free' trial, received two products. Charged for both. Returned the second with an RMA well within timescale for full refund but still waiting 50 days later. Have emailed Barbara at radialabs continually. Surely they are in breach of their T&C's now as I have carried out my contractual duty in returning the product as per their T&C's - with a tracking number so I know it was delivered. I fully expected to receive 3 items - the first being the free one, the second I received and sent back so was waiting for the 3rd (two payments taken totalling above). Very disgusted. Email every few days as Barbara says she has returned my emails (she didnt) so am just adding to her inbox which I imagine must be huge. Very misleading advertising, there is no FREE trial. So still waiting for refund and out of courtesy now would expect a full refund for all monies taken.
