I ordered a "free trial" product from Radialabs over the internet (first mistake) I received "free trial" and was billed $74.95 by Radialabs. I called their customer service which is now defunct and they assured me I could send the "free trial" back and get a refund of $74.95. I sent the product to the address Radialabs gave me and tracked United States Postal Service tracking number for confirmation that Radialabs indeed received product on 3/14. I have not been able to contact this company by phone or mail and have received no refund as promised. All addresses for Radialabs are through a web-based realtor listing. The customer service # of 888-778-8623 is now a recorded message: Tcast Communications pcla5 call can not be completed. There is no way to get a phone number for this company through information as the physical address doesn't seem to exsist. I would like my refund of $74.95.
