Ordered a "free trial offer" from Radialabs for instant wrinkle reducer through the internet on 01/04. Total cost of $3 95 paid for shipping and handling.
Product / packaging did not contain any other paperwork or instructions as to "free trial offer".
Received my credit card statement today and found (2) charges for $74.95 each, dated 01/26 and 02/08. Have no idea what these charges are for, never told I'd be receiving further billing like I did with Hydroxatone. Additionally, found this same product on Amazon.com for $40.00.
Called Radialabs' toll-free number numerous times and customer service never answered the phone (approximately 3:30-4:00 PM CST). One call I waited in excess of 12 minutes.
Reported Radialabs to BBB, West Palm Beach, FL. Radialabs is not a member of the BBB but have many complaints filed against them and have been rated an "F". I have also contacted and disputed these charges with my credit card company.
