I have been a victim of tw for 3yrs. They over bill. When u point out their factual error of been overbilled & they tell u they will correct it, u still have to micromanage them. When u pay what u owe & service isn't restored they tell u you owe more although there hasn't been a billed issued. U tell them u will complain to BBB and/or directly to the office of the President (I have # from past experience) they aren't intimidated even when my profile says I have talked to a rep (s) from the office of the president in the past. Might I say they do call you & find resolution. If I could have DirecTV or if Fios was here I would drop TW in a heartbeat.
