I accepted a telephone promotion from Time Warner Cable to switch my phone service from AT&T to them. As part of the promotion I was promised a $100 gift card which has never arrived. I have called numerous times to be told each time that the gift card program is running behind and each time they take down all my information. This has been going on since September. I have also written to a Mr. John Kieb, President of Residential Services to complain and never received a response.
I would like to find a better way to complain because this is obviously a scam. I plan to switch all my services to a different company.
