After having the 24 month lock in, now Time Warner Cable is saying after an audit they can not give me the 24 month lock in. Did not honor price lock guarantee. I went to the Killeen, Texas office payed my bill I talked to the Lady there, and she didn't say anything about Time Warner Cable canceling my 24 month lock in. Now June 4, about 8:15PM I receive a call from Time Whole telling me they would be canceling my 24 month plan tonight June 4th 8:15pm and I could only have a 12 plan. My experience with Time Warner Cable Is a joke. Commutation is also a joke. I guess Monday June 7th I will go to the office and give them all my boxes. It is really funny they never gave me a copy of the contract, they just had me talk into the phone say yes, yes, yes... If someone from Time Warner Cable reads this from the main office give me a call at 254-338-6801
