My situation is quite simple. I never received my "freebie" and had a tough time cancelling the next outrageously priced supply. They took my shipping and handling and then claimed because I was in Canada, they could not track it beyond the border.
My e-mails have been ignored, to both the company and the people who do their billing.
The $4.95 is no big deal, but the "bull" about no cost was a real eye opener. Not until you got to the very end and had given your Credit card number does it tell you that within 14 days you will be charged the $89.95 for the next bottle. When I finally called the billing people they informed me that they could extend my next payment to 30 days... I said absolutely not. I have not received the first one and have no idea if the stuff is any good. They tried very hard to convince me to be patient, well here I am almost two months later and still no sign of the initial order. I am very happy that I stuck to my, NO way attitude.
