Placed an internet order of $219.00 with this company on 12/15. Today is January 10. My credit card was charged on the above order date, but I still do not have my merchandise. Received shipping information from company that order was shipped via UPS with a tracking number. When attempting to track via UPS, its states that UPS has received the billing information, but not the merchandise. UPS suggest I contact the merchant. The only way to contact this merchant is via email. They did respond-the first several times, but not lately. Still no package, and UPS still states Billing Information Received.
