This started with an application for a free sample for which I paid postage only by credit card. I never received the free sample. I purchased this product online in October. Received the product and paid for the product on my credit card. The same company has since, without authorisation, debited my credit card again in November and sent the product again. I did not order the product a second time. Any attempt to communicate with this company have proved fruitless. I have returned the second the delivery to the address on the package but have no expectation of a refund.
