Ordered a 30-day trial prior to research (shame on me), cancelled the same day prior to the product being shipped. Offered opportunity to return the unused product for refund of any monetary outlay ($4.95). Didn't receive the product until 7 days after cancellation. Only given 4 more days from then to ship back. Missed the total 13 day window when a 30-day free trial was offered. Stay away!!!
