Ordered on line for "free sample". I gave my credit card number to the company for the shipping and Handling fees of 3.95. However today on 11/10 my account was charged 97.88 for the product. I told them I was returning it for a full refund as I do not want it nor do I like it and they told me I cannot get my money back. Because it has been longer than 10 days. It says on line I can return for full refund if it has not been 30 days. I received the product (what I thought was free) on 10/28.
