I signed up for a grocery savings deal I heard on the radio, 93.1 the beat savannah Ga. I talked to the rep and specifically asked her if I could cancel at anytime. She said of course. I started receiving magazines in the mail that I had not ordered. Then I started receiving phone calls from 1 (321) 215-9002. These harassing phone calls occured approx. Every 30 minutes for four hours for two days. I spoke to Treasure Coast Readers rep telling them that I do not want any of their services. I have no use for the magazines.in response they stated that I am past the cancelling stage in an agreement that I was never informed of, but they claim they have me on a recording agreeing to it. Which again I asked the rep if I could cancel at anytime and she said sure. They will not let me cancel or reduce the amount of time for the subscription. They are going to bill me $70 a month for the next 37 months. And if I do not pay them they threatened to send it to collections. The actual ad from the radio stated " Would you like $2000 in free groceries? Here's how just contact..." I believe that this is false advertisement to the extreme. The fact that this was one of my favorite radio stations I was naive in trusting this ad.
