Never did it say on their site that i would be charged this amount of $39.99...& when i calledi was given the run around & then hung up on! I originally had bought a purse in oct. 2011 & it was the wrong purse to start, not only was it just the nastiest purse ive ever seen, but it had green ink pen stains all over it & looked used! I called & was put on hold for over 45 minutes! The rep on the phone was so rude & told me that she could not fdo a refund for me due it having green ink stains that she said i did..."what"..?! I then was so angry i demanded my money back, she then hung up on me! Please help... Ty~ sincerely, kimberly sturgell~
