I bought a purse from this website last month, and in order to complete the purchase had to enroll in a monthly subscription. It claimed that the subscription could be canceled at any time and so I agreed. I have since been on hold for up to 30 minutes without a representative ever coming to the phone, and the only way to CANCEL this subcription is by phone. My account was charged $39.95 today even though I attempted to use the "skip this month" feature while I continued trying to cancel. Currently still on hold, going on 30 minutes this round with no answer.
