My siblings and I had sent some requested documents to this so called buisness, as I hadn't received ANY correspondance from them in approx a month. I attempted to follow up with a phone call. After leaving 2 voice mails and not getting any return call for 2 weeks, I placed another phone call. This time I encountered a Tom H. Who once he heard my name said "Jesus" and immediately placed me on hold. After several minutes he came back to say " I will send you a letter, you don't need to call" and hung up! Not sure what the malfunction is, but as a client based buisness people tend to have questions! Totally unprofessional and rude!
