I used to eat at Jaco's at least twice a week. One night I ordered pick up from jaco's. I drove there picked upp my meals ($22.00).
When I got home, my Family and I started eating and we all spit out the meat. It was bad, something was wrong! We have eaten there a lot, and we got the same meal before. This time it was bad.
I called the place, the worker said the owner would call us right back. An hour and 1/2 latter I called because he (Robert Nye) never called. He did say he was sorry and he offered to cook new dinners. I explained it was almost 2 hours since we were going to eat, and we cooked something else in the meantime.
I requested a refund. He said "ok". He instructed me to bring the dinners back to Jaco's and meet him at the back door. I told him I would be there in 5 minutes.
When I pulled up I knocked on the door. A cook answered and I asked for Rob Nye, the cook said he left 5 minutes ago. The cook told me that Rob told him to take the dinners and the cook said Rob would call me.
I called Rob Nye letter that night, he claims he forgot (only 5 minutes had passed!). Rob Nye refused to refund my money until he sent the meat to the supplier so the can test it. He said he would call me in 30 days. He did not, I called him on the 35th day. He claims his accountant handles all the refunds and he said he would call me the next day. He did not. I sent a letter requesting a refund-no response. I have called and left over 20 messages, no response. It has now been 14 months and no refund.
I requested a refund, he refusded.
