When contacted for appliance repair service, they quoted a service call rate of $65. They did not perform a diagnostic, or provide an estimate for repairs. Without permission, they replaced a fuse and charged $110.
When questioned, they claimed that was the basic service call fee.
When the owner was contacted, they apologized and promised a refund... They eventually reneged on that and never followed through.
These are the kind of fraudulent business practices the internet is helping bring to an end.
