Physical therapy business in Malibu CA. I have Blue Cross health insurance and they pay a flat fee of $75 for my treatments. Body Rehab offers 60 minute treatments but I have to pay an additional $60 plus what Blue Cross pays. I contacted Blue Cross and they told me that I should not be charged the extra $60 that their $75 payment covers the full treatment. I contact the owner Polly Badt and she said that because her expenses are high, she needs to charge more. BC says she is in violation of her contract. Do not go there!
