Well my story is quite like most of the ones I read. I ordered the products for a free trial in August the shipping fees for each product were 2.96$. They advertised they would get here within 10 days. Never received the products but was charged 86.50$ on my credit card. I phoned the customer service number I found online and was told that they only deal with the sales side of things and refused to give me the email address of the actual company that hired them. I did get 2 reference numbers as I cancelled my file with them (one for each product). There is a 14 days window for one product to cancel and then a 15 days window for the other product. However, I sent an email to the email address they gave me (wich again was not the actual company for the products) with a reference to the 2 cancellation numbers I was given. I also put a dispute on the 3 charges with my credit card company and they took note of the 2 reference numbers I got for closing my files. After back and forth emails with the sales side, and after also stating that they were conducting a very swift scam and also explaining that I was going to tell all my friends and spécifying I have a 'lot' of friends... I finally got an email from the actual company that makes the product and they assured me I would be credited, but I had to follow the process very closely for weeks (both with the emails to the company and with numerous calls to my credit card company) before I eventually did get the credits that I was promised. So I guess I am one of the lucky ones that did eventually get their money back. The only advice I could give is to always get the names of who you deal with and always check your credit card statement upon receipt so things do not get out of hands.
