I purchased a bike from Suam Store Online, and was assured the total cost of purchase would be 2060 usd including delivery to new zealand. As I was not convinced the delivery cost of 60 usd was right, I asked the company to confirm, and they did.
After I paid for the bike they started asking me to pay various import taxes, import licensing fees and demurrage fees, before the bike had left uk customs. When I made enquiries I was told the fees were bogus and I was likely being scammed. Now they refuse to refund me my money or send the bike, and their email and website have mysteriously disappeared. Sound fishy?
