I bout a ciggeratte rolling machine. I did not like its performance and wanted to switch for a better one. They said ok send it back. So i did on 10/11. I use a prepaid credit card and was never contacted on how much the difference was and they tried to charge my card and was declined the same day i e-mailed them back telling them the money was now on the card to recharge it. They said on the 22nd they would charge it on the 24th monday. Ive emailed them every day from my inbox and there web sight and still have not heard nothing. They have not charged my card the difference nor sent my new or old machine out its now 11/4 not a word
